When will I get my tracking number?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped β usually within 1β2 business days.
How do I track my package?
- Email: Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Account Dashboard: Log into your AursenSupplements account and view your orders
- Carrier Website: Use the tracking number on the carrier's site (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
What if I don't receive a tracking number?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@aursensupplements.com with your order number and we'll resend it immediately.
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Remote or rural addresses may experience longer delivery times:
- Alaska & Hawaii: 5β10 business days (orders may incur additional fees)
- Remote Rural Areas: 7β14 business days
- US Military Addresses (APO/FPO): 7β14 business days
Our system will automatically calculate any additional shipping costs for remote locations at checkout.
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

My package arrived damaged
Contact us immediately with your order number, photos of the damaged package and product, and a brief description of the damage. We'll arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost, including return shipping.
My package is lost or hasn't arrived
- Check tracking: Use your tracking number to verify the status
- Wait 2β3 days: Sometimes packages show as "in transit" longer than expected
- Contact the carrier: Reach out to USPS, UPS, or FedEx directly if delayed
- Contact us: If more than 14 days have passed, email support@aursensupplements.com β we'll investigate and send a replacement or refund
During peak seasons (holidays, major sales events), shipping may take longer than usual due to high volume. Please allow additional processing and delivery time. We'll always provide the most accurate estimate at checkout.
We close operations on major holidays, so orders placed on these dates will be processed the next business day.
- Orders over $50: We provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Orders under $50: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
