Do you ship internationally?β–Ό

Can I track my order?β–Ό

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Click the link to monitor your package in real-time on the carrier's website. You can also log into your AursenSupplements account to view tracking information anytime.

What if my order arrives damaged?β–Ό

If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll replace your order at no cost and arrange a return of the damaged item. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Can I return an opened product?β–Ό

To protect product integrity and safety, we can only accept returns of unopened products in original packaging. However, if a product is defective or arrived damaged, we'll replace it free of charge β€” no return needed.

How long does a refund take?β–Ό

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for funds to fully post to your account.

Do you offer exchanges?β–Ό
