Tracking Your Order

Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any secure delivery locations at your address. Carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered slightly before the actual drop-off.
If your package is genuinely missing after 3 business days from the marked delivery date, contact us at support@aursensupplements.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly — including reshipping at no charge if necessary.
